At Ziemendorf's Becken Farms, we are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and highest quality produce. We grow a wide variety of fruits, while also working with local farmers to obtain the freshest of local vegetables. Come and taste the difference of locally grown produce!
At Ziemendorf's Becken Farms, apples aren’t just something we grow—they’re something we take pride in sharing with you. From the first crisp days of early fall, our orchard begins to come alive as apple season kicks off, bringing with it the fresh, sweet aroma of harvest time.
As the season moves into full swing, our trees are heavy with a beautiful variety of apples—Honeycrisp, Gala, Crispin, Red and Golden Delicious, Jonagold, Cortland, Empire, McGowan, and Ida Red—each with its own flavor, texture, and perfect use, whether you’re baking, cooking, or simply enjoying one fresh off the counter.
And the best part? While harvest begins in the fall, we carefully store our apples in temperature-controlled rooms so you can enjoy that just-picked freshness well beyond the season. Throughout the year, we’re able to continue offering our apples—crisp, flavorful, and grown right here on our farm.
From our orchard to your table, we’re grateful to be a small part of your family’s meals and traditions.

Our pears are another homegrown favorite here at Ziemendorf's Becken Farms. Grown with the same care and attention as our apples, pear season typically begins in late summer and carries into early fall, making it a short but special window we look forward to sharing with you each year.
We offer a beautiful selection of Anjou, Bartlett, and Bosc pears, each bringing its own unique flavor and texture. From the juicy sweetness of Bartletts to the smooth, mellow taste of Anjous and the rich, slightly firmer bite of Boscs, there’s something for every table.
Because pears are a more limited harvest, they’re not available year-round—but when they’re here, they’re fresh, flavorful, and truly worth enjoying in the moment.
Our Bosc pears are also available for wholesale, offering that same homegrown quality to local businesses and markets.
From our orchard to your table, we’re thankful to share this seasonal favorite with you.

Our Concord grapes are a true taste of fall. As the season begins to shift and the air turns just a little crisper, our vineyards come alive with clusters of deep purple grapes—rich in flavor, naturally sweet, and ready to be enjoyed fresh at your table.
We take pride in offering Concord grapes for fresh eating, perfect for snacking, sharing, or bringing a little extra sweetness to your kitchen. Their bold, unmistakable flavor is something many of our customers look forward to year after year.
Our grape season runs through the fall harvest, and while it’s a busy time for us, it’s also one of the most rewarding. In addition to serving our local community, we also offer wholesale grapes, helping bring that same homegrown quality to others throughout the region.
We’re especially grateful to be part of something bigger as well—through our partnership with Welch's, many of our grapes go on to become the juices, jams, and jellies found on tables across the country.
From vineyard to table—whether here at the farm or beyond—we’re thankful to share the goodness of each harvest with you.

Our farm is more than just a place to buy fresh produce and meat—it’s a place to connect with the land and experience the rhythm of farm life. At Ziemendorf’s Becken Farms, we take pride in what we raise and grow, and we’re proud to share that with our community.
